給我姐姐姐夫預訂的，昨天下午專門去電酒店，接待人答應給予升級房間，下午5:20左右他們入住沒有給予升級。忽悠客人不可取，應該實事求是，承諾應該完成。對於這樣的服務給予不誠信評價。
